Mubin I. Syed, MD, FSIR, FACR
Dr. Syed is a Board Certified, Interventional Vascular, Pain & Neuro Radiologist, as well as Board Certified in Obesity & Vascular Medicine. He specializes in Peripheral Vascular Disease, Interventional Pain Management, Hemorrhoidal Embolization, Venous Disease, Kyphoplasty and Men & Women's Health. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Boston University and later received his Fellowships in Neuroradiology and Interventional Radiology from Indiana University.
Dr. Syed has been practicing Medicine in the Ohio Market for close to 30 years and has authored and published a medical book on Interventional Radiology.
Eugene V. Vitvitsky, MD
Dr. Vitvitsky is a Cardiovascular Surgeon that specializes in providing comprehensive care for a full range of vascular conditions, including peripheral arterial disease, venous disease (varicose veins & vein compression), and deep vein thrombosis. He has been practicing medicine for over 30 years and has been serving the Ohio Market for over 15 years.
Dr. Vitvitsky is board certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery from The American Board of Thoracic Surgery and completed his Surgical Residency at MCP/Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA and his Cardiothoracic Surgery Residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis, TN.

Nicole Schneider is a compassionate, patient-focused and dedicated Nurse Practitioner with experience providing care to patients in multiple clinical specialties, including Cardiology, Wound Care,
Family Medicine, and Urgent Care.
Prior to being a Nurse Practitioner, Nicole was a Registered Nurse working in the Intensive Care Unit, Cardiac Intermediate, and Medical- Surgical Unit.
Nicole holds a Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner from Mount Carmel College of Nursing, in Columbus, OH
Colelisa Hayes APRN, FNP-C
Colelisa Hayes is a patient-focused and dedicated Nurse Practitioner with experience providing care to patients in Family Medicine and Primary Care, with her previous position as a Provider in a high volume Family Medicine Practice in Columbus, OH. She has been providing Nursing Care in the Ohio Market for more than 13 years.
Prior to being a Nurse Practitioner, Colelisa was a Registered Nurse in Neuro Critical Care, Home Health, Infusion and Same Day Surgery (ASC).
Colelisa holds a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practice from South University, in Savannah, GA.

Sylvia Prassinos is a passionate, patient-focused and dedicated Nurse Practitioner with experience providing care to patients with Vascular Disease, including Peripheral Arterial Disease and Venous Insufficiency. She has over 8 years of experience in Professional Nursing in
multiple specialties. Prior to joining Expert Vascular Care, Sylvia was an APRN in Milford, CT, providing exceptional care in a busy Vascular Practice.
Sylvia holds a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Practice from University of Cincinnati and a BSN from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh PA.
